The Yemeni Football Association has announced that the draw for the Republic Cup will be held on Wednesday, April 8 at 11:00 a.m. at its headquarters in Sana’a, with 40 teams participating.
The teams will be split into two geographically balanced groups, with the top two from each group advancing to the semifinals.
In a circular sent to participating clubs and regional branches, the federation stated that representatives may attend in person or join via Zoom.
The draw will also be broadcast live on the Yemeni Football Association’s Facebook page.
